Amalgam Fine Model Cars are world leaders in the construction of models for motor racing teams and their sponsors. That reputation is enhanced by our unique relationship with many of the top teams and manufacturers. Ferrari, Williams, BMW, Toyota, Aston Martin Racing, Bentley, Audi and Honda offer us privileged access to their design teams and suppliers enabling us to produce models of the highest quality, that are truly authentic scale reproductions of the cars.

These relationships are built on a trust developed over many years and a mutual respect for skills which are often of a surprisingly similar nature. As a result we have the opportunity to see and photograph each car at the official launch, at which time we also receive drawings and 3D computer models of the major components of the car. We can then get a start into planning the construction of the model but it is not until we have seen and photographed the car at test days and finally in race trim at a specific Grand Prix that we can finalise all the details. We have full access to paint formulas and decal artwork and sometimes we even use the team's own sticker supplier to print decals for the models.
The major benefit for the team is that the models are available to grace the boardrooms and foyers of both their own offices and those of their sponsors. Many of the team principals and other leading industry figures have Amalgam models on display in their offices, and we also supply our F1 steering wheel replicas for fitting to showcars and to explain the functionality of the controls to VIPs being entertained in the paddock at Grands Prix.
